At FreedomBuilt Since 1776, we stand by our commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction. If your order isn’t exactly what you hoped for—whether you need a different size, design, store credit, or a refund—we’ve got your six.

Simple Returns & Exchanges

START RETURN/EXCHANGE HERE

• Returns are accepted within 60 days of your original order date for exchanges, refunds, or store credit.
• Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed to qualify.
• All returns are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to decline a return if the product shows signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Processing times may vary depending on return volume, but we work hard to make it quick and easy.

Important Notes

• Only one return or refund per order—please include any concerns in your initial request.
Pirate Club subscription items are exclusive and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Mystery products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Limited-time designs that are no longer available on our website may qualify only for store credit, or exchange for another available design.
